My goal as an artist is to find those aesthetic moments that inspire, and produce images that convey an authentic sense of place.
In my process to achieve this vision I apply all the skills of the photographic craft to create images that are stylized to the ends of conveying an emotional truth beyond the literal, while retaining the core authenticity of the image within the frame. To this end I avoid composite images, such as replacing a sky, putting a moon where one never occurs, changing the shapes of objects, etc.
